Join us for the 2025 Client Conference – 10th-11th November
For the first time, ORH and our partner consultancy, Process Evolution, are combining to create the joint Emergency Services conference.
Representatives from Ambulance, Fire and Police will be gathering in Reading to network across the service sectors and listen to talk about our key findings and highlights to help get the best performance for each area of the emergency services.
What is the Client Conference?
Our Client Conference is an opportunity for us to gather our clients in one location and discuss how we can, as a collective, make the world of emergency services planning a better place. Across two days, it provides an opportunity for different services to collaborate and improve their understanding of not only the software ourselves and Process Evolution use, but also how service planning works across the different services and sectors.
Over the course of the conference, our aim is to:
- Expand and improve analytical capabilities
- Contribute towards and benefit from shared knowledge
- Enhance the use of our suite of software and ORH tools
How does the conference work?
The client conference spans two days: The ‘User Group Day’, followed by our ‘Main Conference Event’
The User Group Day
Our first day maintains a focus on the practical analytics within the emergency services, with case studies on the use of our software tools and techniques. We’ll also run interactive workshops catered towards specific user groups of our tools. It’s an excellent opportunity for clients and practitioners alike to engage directly with our consultants on subjects such as best practice, data interpretation and analytical process & modelling.
Our Main Conference Event
The second day will feature a variety of talks from our consultants and invited speakers to talk through their experiences within their relative services, demonstrating how change has been driven by an evidence-based approach. Each talk will combat challenges facing the world of emergency services today, providing an excellent opportunity for clients and practitioners to showcase their work and discuss best practice and what’s been made possible with our tools and expertise.
