ORH’s DCT now live in London Ambulance Service’s Emergency Operations Centre

ORH’s Dynamic Cover Tool – the DCT – is now operating live in London Ambulance Service’s Emergency Operations Centre in Waterloo. The DCT is supporting Control Officers in ensuring that available Fast Response Units (FRUs) are optimally positioned 24/7 in order to ensure equitable response cover to life threatening ‘Red’ incidents across London.
