Arlene has an academic background in Operational Research (MSc) and Mathematics (BSc).  She has in-depth experience of a variety of OR techniques such as linear programming, simulation modelling and queuing theory.  Since joining ORH six years ago, Arlene has worked on various ambulance and fire modelling projects undertaking quantitative analysis and  simulation modelling.

 

Arlene has experience of working with the Home Office, Strategic Health Authorities, Fire & Rescue Services and Ambulance Services.  Prior to joining ORH, Arlene worked for BOC and Thames Water.
