ORH has undertaken over 400 studies across the Health, Ambulance, Police and Fire sectors since the company was established in 1986.

Fire studies are typically in support of the IRMP process, modelling measures to improve risk and response cover cost-effectively.

Recent Ambulance studies have focused on the operational and control measures necessary to meet national emergency response targets given a ‘call connect’ clock start.

Police studies are geared to improving mobile response and patrol cover and have included an assessment of custody suite locations.

Modelling studies in the Health sector have been mainly concerned with facility location and patient access in the context of reconfiguring and developing hospital services across an area.
