ORH studies are commissioned by Government bodies, purchasing authorities and service providers in the UK and overseas. The vast majority of studies are for service providers.

Several national ambulance-related studies have been commissioned by the DoH, and ORH emergency ambulance cover studies have been undertaken for all Ambulance Trusts in the UK, as well as studies in Singapore, Hong Kong and New South Wales.

A major police study was undertaken for the Home Office which modelled the cost and performance differences of providing police response cover in urban and rural forces across England and Wales. This involved applying the Police Simulation Model in 14 Police Forces.

Clients for fire service modelling studies include the LFEPA, Berkshire FRS, Cambridgeshire FRS and Nottinghamshire FRS as well as the Singapore Government.

Health studies, typically modelling hospital service reconfigurations and access, have been undertaken for a range of Trusts, SHAs and PCTs across the UK and most recently in London, Kent, Hertfordshire, Surrey, Manchester and Sydney.
